                                                 Staff Profiles





                                                     Romy Linde: Director of Sales

                                                     Born in San Diego, Romy brought her deep knowledge
                                                     of the local scene and 15 years of experience to Hello! in
                                                     2017. She graduated from the University of Arizona with

                                                     a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Spanish. From
                                                     working as an office manager to the director of sales,
                                                     Romy’s wide-ranging experience gives her great insight
                                                     into the hospitality industry. Her goal is to make her

                                                     clients, vendors, and employees happy while also
                                                     producing the best events possible. Romy will be the
                                                     main point of contact in the sales process and will
                                                     remain involved throughout the program.



                                                       Paige Weeber: Director of Operations

                                                       Paige joined Hello! in 2017 with 22 years of industry
                                                       experience. She began a career in the hospitality
                                                       industry after graduating from the University of San

                                                       Diego with a B.S. in Business Administration–Marketing.
                                                       Her friendly, caring, and outgoing personality helps her
                                                       produce amazing events that showcase her team’s
                                                       talents and create memorable experiences for her

                                                       clients. Paige’s superior attention to detail is why she will
                                                       be your dedicated account manager. Available to you
                                                       24/7, she will operate your program and be                          your
                                                       logistical go-to person




                                                       Michael Brown: Director of Creative Services

                                                       Leading the creative charge, Michael has more than 12
                                                       years of experience in special event production. A
                                                       Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP), Michael has

                                                       held numerous executive-level leadership roles within
                                                       industry-related organizations, including Treasurer,
                                                       Vice-President and President of ILEA. Michael will be
                                                       oversee all creative elements and supervise our
                                                       creative team.
