your agency based on the following criteria:

i: Billing within your location’s full-service clients.
Because of our dedicated partnership, this would be considered a Level 1
program which receives the maximum amount of attention from our core
leadership team. Amway will receive the full measure of our process designed
to manage level 1 programs.

ii: Number of Account and Creative Staff dedicated.

The following Hello! team of professionals will be directly involved with the Amway
Global Growth Conference 2020 program in San Diego both pre, during and post
event. The team includes (1) Director of Sales, (1) Director of Operations, (1) Executive
Producer (Creative), (1) Product Development Manager, (1) Sales Coordinator, and

several operation associates. (exact number based on final scope of services)
