clean!”’

God wants us to be healthy on the inside and on the outside.

Psalm 24:3-4 ‘Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in his

holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart.’

Being healthy involves exercise, rest, eating healthy foods, cleanliness and being
filled with God’s Spirit.

Way to Work (Means)

1. Read the account of Jesus raising Jairus' daughter (Luke 8).
• Why did Jesus go to Jairus' house?

• Was He powerful enough to make her well?
• Who did Jesus care about in this true story?

2. God wants us to be healthy inside and outside. What does healthy mean?
