                 “Let it be noted the Trustee has the following objections ...” glances at his
           notes,  “...  Prepare and submit  2014 Tax Returns;  Proof of income; and Georgia

           driver’s license to prove residence by the Confirmation hearing.”

                 “Objections noted: 2015 Tax Returns, proof of income, and Georgia’s driver’s
           license” affirms Mr. Philips.


                 “I will. Thank you.”

                 At  the  end of the  341 Hearing, Alonzo  expresses his appreciation  to  Mr.

           Philips; then takes his leave.

                 “Glad you kept your answers short like we talked.” He continues, “There’s
           nothing to it. Email the documents to me as soon as possible, and we’ll take it from

           there. “

                 “Will do, Mr. Philips. Thank you.”


                 Later, inside his vehicle, Alonzo places a call to Yvette -- now eighteen -- to
           reassure and offer his own words of encouragement.
