"Sure ... Could I stop by later to freshen up?"
"Anytime, you have the Access Code," he pauses. "I will let Audrina know that
you'll be making a stop."
“Thanks, Chuck."
"Anytime and be safe."
"You too. Much appreciated." He waits for Chuck to disconnect, turns the SUV
off, and grabs his toiletries bag -- toothbrush and paste, deodorant, cologne, and
shaving stick -- for his morning routine. Regardless of the circumstance, he never let
go the good sight and inviting smell which make up the constituents of masculinity.
He climbs down and saunters across the parking lot into the Super Center.
After using the bathroom, he washes his hands, shaves, freshens up, and steps
out of the restroom; then walks toward one of the exits. Outside, he gaits across the
parking lot, but is stopped midway before he approaches his Jeep.
A BRUNETTE, 40's, dirty hair, and wearing a pair of faded blue jeans and blue
top, approaches him. "Don't mean to startle you, Sir.” She squeezes a grin, “but could
you spare some change for me and my girls?" She continues, "we've got no place to
go, and would appreciate anything you can spare."
"Sorry, Ma'am. Can't afford it ..." empathizes and continues, "... I have been
hunkering here for the last month."
"Oh, mine," she gasps, covering the mouth. "Wouldn't have guessed."
