B.  a  stipend  to  help  defray  the  expenses  of  the  Anti-Basileus  of
            Programs, Anti-Basileus of Operations and the graduate advisors,
            equal to  /2 the stipend for the Basileus.

        C.  The  Basileus,  Anti-Basileus  of  Programs,  Anti-Basileus  of
            Operations,  and  the  graduate  advisors  shall  present  receipts  of
            expenditures to the chapter Tamiouchos within thirty (30) days after
            attendance  at  boule,  regional  conference  and  leadership
            conference.

        Section  11.  The  financial  accounts  of  the  Pecunious  Grammateus,
        Ticketron Committee, and the Tamiouchos shall be audited annually by
        the Audit Committee and, by a certified public accountant biennially. The
        committee  shall  report  its  findings  to  the  body  by  the  December
        meetings. Expense vouchers must accompany all financial records.

        Section  12.  Financial  consideration  as  specified  by  Alpha  Kappa
        Omega Chapter shall be given to (1) first-year college graduate Sorors
        shall  only  be  required  to  pay  per  capita  and  EAF  dues;  (2)
        chronically/extended-ill Sorors shall only be required to pay per capita
        and EAF dues for the first year of their illness. Any subsequent years for
        a  chronically/extended-ill  Soror  will  be  evaluated  on  a  case-by-case
        basis; and, chapter dues, per capita, and EAF dues shall be paid in full
        for the Past Supreme Basilei and chapter Basileus.

        A  committee  of  five  (5)  appointed  by  the  Basileus  shall  review
        circumstances  of  eligibility  of  first-year  graduate  Sorors  and
        chronically/extended-ill Sorors. This committee report shall be given by
        the December meeting.

                               ARTICLE XI: VOTING

        Section 1.     Only  Sorors  who  have  active  membership  status  as
        defined in Article VIII, Section 2, of these bylaws are eligible to vote.
