Section 6. Members subject to withdrawal of individual privileges
shall be restored to good standing (1) when the cause of the penalty is
removed, (2) when the time specified in the bylaws has expired, (3) when
the financial obligations have been met, or (4) by a two-thirds vote of
Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter (as stated in Article VI, Section 16 of the
Constitution and Bylaws of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated).

ARTICLE X: FINANCES

Section 1. The fiscal year of Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated shall be from January 1 to
December 31.

Section 2. All regular dues and assessments are due and payable
to Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated by January 1 of each year, but no later than the third
Saturday in January of each year (“due date”). Dues paid after the due
date in January shall be assessed a late fee of ten percent (10%) of the
Sorority’s per capita tax. The late fee shall be deposited to the chapter’s
general operations fund. If a Soror does not pay her dues in full by

December 31 of the current calendar year in which dues are due, any
partial payments made will be credited to the chapter’s general
operations fund.

Section 3. Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter shall pay the required
annual chapter tax to Alpha Kappa Alpha Corporate Office.

Section 4. Each Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter member shall pay the
required annual per capita tax to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Corporate
Office.

Section 5. Each member affiliated with Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter
shall pay to the chapter all regular dues and assessments constituting the
chapter's annual budget. The per capita tax, which shall be included in the
budget, shall not be transmitted to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Corporate Office
