• Seating for paid activities will be on a first-come, first-served
basis.

A. Exceptions will be made for program participants,
special guests, and the following sorors:
 Former National Officers
 Foundation President (Fashion Show Only)
 Current Basileus
 Former or Current Regional Director(s)
 Current Member of a National Standing
Committee
B. After a soror pays for a full table, she may select a
table using a floor plan provided by the Ticketron
Committee. Sorors may work together to sell tickets
for a full table and afterwards may select a table for
their group.
C. The Ticketron Committee has the responsibility to see
that the tables selected are in order and numbered
correctly.

Please note: Sorors are considered financial with the Corporate
Office when they have cleared all financial obligations with the local
chapter.
