Procedures for Paperless Sorority Meeting
Committee Report Submission
The Technology Committee Procedures for the “Paperless
Sorority Meeting Committee Report Submission” are for all
Committee Chairmen who are reporting at the upcoming Sorority
Meeting. The Procedures are as follows:
• Deadline to email all Committee Reports to the
Presentation Assistance Team (the Chapter
Administrative Assistant and the Technology Committee)
is set for no later than the second Friday of each month
(Friday prior to Executive Committee Meeting).
o Reports not received by the deadline, will not be
in the packet for Sorority Meeting or the chapter
web site.
• Email all approved Committee Reports and audio
requests to the Chapter Administrative Assistant
designated by the Basileus:
o Email to: Reports@AlphaKappaOmega.com
• All reports must be emailed in the following formats:
o MS Word (.docx)
▪ Entire Committee reports
o MS PowerPoint (max: 2 pp)
▪ Highlights (bullet points) of the report to
be shown on the screen.
o Music (MP3)
▪ Administrative Assistant will coordinate
music with the Audio-Visual Team
• The Administrative Assistant will compile all Committee
Reports in a .pdf file, (order coincides with meeting
agenda) then are uploaded to the Chapter’s website
(Members Only section) immediately after the Executive
Committee Meeting. An email blast is sent to the chapter
members when the reports are ready to download and
print. For assistance, please contact the Technology
Chairman or Webmaster.
