• Highlights of recommendations (relevant to that committee)
adopted by the membership,

• Personal suggestions and recommendations in writing and an
invitation to meet to discuss the function of that committee.

A "Transfer List" form should accompany the transfer (made out in
triplicate) and should be checked off and initialed by the receiving
chairman.

Note: This form should remain with the files of the committee.

It shall be the duty of the incoming committee chairman to notify the
Basileus when the transfer occurs or if it does not occur by the
recommended deadline so that it can be subsequently referred to the
Executive Committee for action.
