• A box with labeled manila folders is appropriate for
maintaining and transferring records.
• However, the Basileus will move her files to the file
cabinet before transferring.
B. An invitation from the outgoing officer to meet with the incoming
officer and a folder of personal suggestions and
recommendations on how the new officer can facilitate her duties
would be most helpful and sisterly.
It is timely to assemble said materials and recommendations
following the election of officers at the November meeting, if not
started sooner.

C. A "Transfer List" form should accompany each transfer. It shall
contain a listing of "what is being transferred." These should be
checked off and initialed by the officer receiving the materials.
Note: This transfer list should remain with the records of the
office.
D. It shall be the duty of the incoming officer (except the Basileus) to
notify the Basileus when the transfer has occurred or if the
transfer does not occur by the recommended deadline so that it
can subsequently be referred to the Executive Committee.
II. BETWEEN COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN
Upon notification by the Basileus of a successor, it is the duty of each
committee chairman to transfer to her successor all materials and
records of that office within ten working days.
Files should be kept and transferred in same manner as
recommended for officers and should include:
• Guidelines for the committee's operations and committee
reports (on official forms),
