▪ We are recommending three top banner positions in the July 24 , August 15 and
th
September 19 newsletters reaching 5,200 opt-in subscribers. Last year the Food
in Canada newsletter produced an open rate of 28% which is slightly better than
the 25% average associated with other newsletters.
⎼ E-Blast
th
▪ We are recommending one E-Blast scheduled for July 17 to coincide with the
campaign launch. The mail quantity is less than 3,000 compared to last year’s
9,000+ because Canadian SPAM law required the list be scrubbed and rebuilt
through a new opt-in process. The publisher has assured us that they will rebuild
this list to last year’s level by our July mail date but, if not, the cost will be
renegotiated based the new mail quantity.
