Multi-lane Weigher

Delivering accuracy and reliability, the MLW is a high speed, large
format multilane checkweigher that’s designed to control product
weight and reduce giveaway.
Perfect for pastries, the MLW automatically weighs products as they
move along the conveyer.
Combining a low operating cost with superior reject performance
and repeatability, the MLW improves compliance with its real-time
reports and updates.
The MLW automatically weighs a variety of filled pastries prior to
cooking to determine the pre-cook weight, to control product
weight and to reduce giveaway.
The MLW is a precision multilane control-weighing system that is
used to weigh the product as they are transported along a moving
weigh-conveyor. The product is presented in a multiple lane format
and between 4 and 28 lanes can be provided depending upon the
production line and application.
The product is presented, travelling closely one behind another.
Each product is accurately weighed and the data collected and
compared to pre-determined targets and weight specifications.
Out-of-specification product is identified and may, if required, be
rejected. The average product weight variance is calculated and a
proportional control feedback signal provided to allow the up-stream
equipment to be automatically adjusted.
