Operator Station Equipment Description
The equipment utilizes a patented hydraulic press to
breakdown the larger lumps into smaller lumps that are
10” in dia. or smaller. The conditioner is highly
effective in breaking up solid agglomerated material in
bulk bags so that it can pass through the bag’s
discharge spout. NBE’s hydraulic rams provide over
28,000 lbs of force at multiple points along the height
of the bag causing the material to fracture and break
apart. The design of the Reduction Jaws also prevents
damage to the bag during operation.
