Social Pane - What’s New
The Dynamics 365 Social Pane is a great way for you to see all related Posts, Activities and Notes for a
record. It allows for an easy way to create, edit and complete activities without navigating to
another form.
Activities
An activity within Dynamics can be broken into 5 different areas all of which are either related
directly to a customer account / customer contact. Traditionally in the past these types of activities
would have been entered a Sales Planner / Day timer. As we move into more of a digital environment
we now ask that these entries are entered Coromants CRM.
1) Appointments Outlook / Dynamics “considered as mandatory “
2) Phone Calls to Customer contact
3) Tasks
4) Emails
5) Savings Activity
