How to initially evaluate current data in CRM

               Data Quality Dashboards
               To assist in identifying gaps with our data in Dynamics, we have created Data Quality Dashboards for
               Accounts, Contacts and Sales Pipeline. The default view for these dashboards is for Accounts where
               Invoicing is greater than 0.  There is a drop down selection to choose all other accounts with No
               Sales.

               Data Quality Dashboard focused on Account Information
               Industry Segments
               We classify our customer’s in industry segments to get a good understanding of the customers’
               needs and usage of tools to develop and communicate future targeted offers per industry segments
               Accounts where YTD sales Greater than 0 and have no Industry Segment specified
                   o  To add Industry Segments to these accounts, you have to go into each account individually.
                       Editable Grids cannot be used.

               Potential and Budget
               Expand our market knowledge by sales and potential follow up (e.g making cross analysis by region,
               country, sales region, sales area, sales channel, product family ....)
               Potential is the customer’s total cutting tool potential including Inserts, tool holders, holding
               products (both standard and specials).  Cemented carbide, CBN, ceramics, solid carbide but not HSS
               Potential and Budget are broken into 2 views on dashboard:
                   1.  No Potential or Budget Sales Yearly Figures Greater than 0
                       This view is for all customers, excluding Channels
                   2.  No Budget - Channels Sales Yearly Figures Greater than 0
                       This view is for all customers, including Channels

               For both views, Editable Grids Can be utilized.

               Purchasing Profile
               Specifying Purchasing Profile assists Coromant to have a better understanding on how the customer
               wants to do business with us.
               No Purchasing Profile - YTD Sales is Greater than 0
                       This view includes All customer types and Editable Grids can be used.

               Account Address and Phone Number
               It is important to have valid adressess and phone numbers for contact center.
               Incomplete Address YTD Sales greater than 0
               No main phone number - YTD Sales greater than 0

               For both views, Editable Grids Can be utilized.
