Maintaining Data Quality
WHY do we need to maintain data quality?
The higher the quality and accuracy of the customer data within CRM system, the more valuable and
powerful the system is to those who rely on it.
Inaccurate data quickly leads to users not trusting the system
We now have a Global CRM system in place and during 2017 we worked on updating and adding new
features. Part of this work included support for the organization to take control of data and data
quality. The system is only as good as the data we have in it and this will be a continuous cycle of
updating and maintaining the relevant data so we can use it to support our business ambitions.
Now in 2018 moving forward other applications are connected. The data in CRM is used in many
ways to help us grow our sales and be more efficient in the decision-making process as well as
helping with our Customer experience.
