Tips for Maintaining Data

Use Editable Grids wherever you can – there is an instructional video within WalkMe – under Tips,
               Tricks & What’s New.

Excel Online – While viewing Active Contacts, select Export to Excel and Open in Excel online
Fill in or correct data, then select “Return Changes to CRM” at top of page.

If you would like to see the progress of your changes, select Imports.
You might have to select refresh to the far right to see updates

If there are errors, you can click on the Import Name and then Failures. This will give you the error
               and what line number.

Export to a static worksheet and import yourself
While viewing active contacts, select Export to Excel and Static Worksheet.

Once Exported, notice that the spreadsheet starts at column “D”. Columns A,B,C contain unique data
for that contact, in order to re-import data properly.

Do not delete these columns or change the formatting on this page

Export to a static worksheet and send to AM group to import
Follow instructions above and export your view to a static worksheet.
Make your changes and send an email with attachment to service desk, asking them to please import
               file into Dynamics.
Include the following in body of email:
                       Resolver Group: XXXX.XX.XXX.AM Dynamics CRM
                       Area: Business Apps.Coromant CRM

               Deactivating Accounts
When an account is deactivated in Sopic/SAP, there is NO process/workflow to update
Dynamics. It is the responsibility of the Business to go into Dynamics and manually De-activate
               account.
