Data Quality Dashboard focused on Contact Information

               Now that we have USD (Unified Service Desk) and the Contact Center in place, having correct contact
               information is very important to effectively serve our customer.
               In addition, the link between Marketo and Dynamics, requires valid data. Email Marketing is one of
               the most effective in building awareness, acquisition, retention and conversion of customers.


               The Contact data quality dashboard consists of four views:
               (Editable grids can be used with these Contact views)

               No Email Address on Contact
               If there is an instance where the contact does not have an email address, check “Email Unsubscribe”.

               No Full Name on Contact
               Full Name is a field that is made up of First Name and Last Name fields. At least one of these fields
               needs to be populated

               Incomplete Address on Contact


               No Phone Number on Contact



               Data Quality Dashboard focused on Sales Pipeline

               Correct data in opportunities assists in successful sales executions and clarifies next steps.
               Editable Grids can be used only for first 2 views (No Potential/Order Value and No Estimated Close
               Date)

               No Potential/Order Value - Open Sales Pipeline

               No Estimated Close Date - Open Sales Pipeline

               No Competitor - Open Sales Pipeline
               If there is no specific Competitor for an opportunity, select Sandvik Coromant as competitor.

               No Application Area - Open Sales Pipeline

               MTS - Incomplete Machine Details
