Rotherfield Short Mat Bowls Club in East Sussex
held its inaugural Open Triples Competition with
a total of 20 Teams battling it out.
The venue was The Rotherfield Village Hall
which boasts some of the best facilities in the
County for an event of this size. With a 9am start,
hot drinks were on hand and refreshments served
all day.
Round Robin teams as follows - Mat 1
Horam B, Crowhurst, Plumpton, Laughton and
Broad Oak B. On. Mat 2 Barcombe A, Horsemon-

The semi-finals were between Broad Oak

Loran facing the Plumpton trio of Malcolm Beard,
Roger Emeny & George Durrant, with Plumpton
