Terrace Floor Level 4. The information in the dwg is to be taken in
conjunction with the specification documents and

documents in their entirety.
5.It shall be deemed the responsibility of the
contractor or the fabricator to bring to the notice of
the DESIGNER prior to any construction or
fabrication any discrepancy within or between the
aforementioned drawings. The designers have
described their intentions and designs, to the best
of their ability and knowledge, in the contract
documents.
6. Contractor should submit the shop drawings/
assembly detailed drawings for approval to the
architect and client representative.
7. Contractor should submit all the material samples
for consultant's approval prior to start of material
procurement and start of work.
8.Contractor must erect a sample of partitions
,wooden ceilings ,floorings,wall claddings ,fixtures
LVL+11,850 and fittings etc. prior to commencing remainder of
the work.
FFL. 9. Contractor ,sub contractor and /or supplier remains
responsible for all aspects of safety and security of
the product supplied by them as well as
drawings submitted for checking.
Third Floor Level 10. Architect will only be responsible for approving
design intent of shop drawings .No responsibility will
be taken by the architect for structural/ electrical/
plumbing HVAC or general safety of the final
product.
11. PMC should co-ordinate with contractor/
vendors for timely submission of all above points.
