                                                                             These are made from
                                                                             unleavened dough which is

                                                                             formed in a variety of shapes.

                                                                             Though the place of origin is
                                                                             from Italy, the North
                                                                             American’s have introduced

                                                                             it to the Jamaican culture.

                                                                             As such it tends to be easy to

                                                                             prepare and can be eaten

                                                                             alone or as a side dish.

                                                                             There are varieties with the
                                                                             pasta as such they are

                                                                             different tastes and texture.
