               Nothing in this policy is designed to modify our employment-at-will policy; either you or Lupin
               may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without reason, and in the absence
               of a violation of any of these rules of Handbook policies


                       If You Must Leave Lupin

               You, as well as Lupin, have the right to terminate your employment at any time for any or no
               reason.  If  you decide to leave  your employment with  Lupin,  you are  asked to  notify your
               supervisor/manager or HR at least two (2) weeks in   advance; however, Lupin reserves the right
               to terminate your employment immediately.

               Lupin will generally schedule exit interviews at the time of employment termination.  The exit
               interview will afford an opportunity to discuss such issues as employee benefits,  conversion
               privileges, repayment of outstanding debts to Lupin, or return of company-owned property. No
               later than  your  last  day of  work,  you  must  return  all  Company-property in  your  possession,
               including:


                   •  Computer, cell phone, or any other equipment
                   •  Office keys, equipment keys
                   •  Company-issued credit cards
                   •  Employment manuals, handbooks, etc.
                   •  Any additional company-owned or issued property

               Employees will receive their final pay in accordance with applicable state law. If you have unpaid
               obligations to Lupin, the final paycheck will reflect the appropriate deductions as allowed by law.

               Lupin  understands that many employees maintain personal social media sites which contain
               information about their past and present employment. At the time of your separation from Lupin,
               you must remove any reference to Lupin as your current employer from any source you control,
               including but not limited to social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google+, and you shall
               not represent to any person or entity that you are a current employee of Lupin after the time of
               your separation.
