pregnancy or related medical condition causes her to be unable to perform an essential job function
without risk to herself, her pregnancy, or other persons. An employee may also be eligible for
pregnancy disability leave if she, in her health provider’s opinion, suffers from severe morning
sickness, needs time off for prenatal or postnatal care, or needs bedrest for conditions such as
gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pre-eclampsia, postpartum depression,
childbirth, loss or end of pregnancy, or other related medical conditions. Eligible employees who
wish to take pregnancy disability leave must provide notice to Lupin as soon as the need for leave
arises and obtain a medical certification as soon as is reasonably possible after giving notice of the
need for leave.
Pregnancy disability leave will be unpaid; however, employees may choose to substitute any
accrued paid time off for unpaid pregnancy disability leave.
Time Off For Voting
Employees who are eligible to vote in an election and who do not have sufficient time outside of
working hours to vote may request time off either at the beginning or end of work to do so.
No more than two hours off will be compensated, and you must give two days advance notice if
you need such time off.
Termination, Resignation, and Discharge
Unless expressly proscribed by statute or contract, employment with the Company is “at will” and

Any employee who is discharged by the Company shall be paid wages and vacation accrued to the
