Lupin Employee Handbook

                                               Florida Supplement


               Lupin intends to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in each of the states in
               which it operates. This supplement is in addition to and supersedes Lupin’s Employee Handbook
               in the event of an inconsistency. Lupin strives to stay current with all applicable employment laws.
               In the event you become aware that a policy as stated in the Handbook, this Supplement, or as
               otherwise practiced by  Lupin is contrary to applicable law, please contact Human Resources
               immediately. We want to do our best to ensure that all Company policies are fully compliant.

               Crime Victim Leave

               After an employee has been employed by Lupin for three or more months, the employee may take
               up to three days of unpaid leave during any twelve-month period if the employee, a family member,
               or household member is the victim of domestic violence or sexual violence. Family or household
               member means spouses, former spouses, persons related by blood or marriage, persons who are
               presently residing together as if a family or who have resided together in the past as if a family,
               and persons who are parents of a child in common regardless of whether they have been married.

               Employees may request such leave in order to seek an injunction for protection, obtain medical
               care and/or mental health counseling, obtain services from a victim services organization, make
               the employee’s home secure from the perpetrator or seek new housing to escape the perpetrator,
               seek legal assistance in addressing issues arising from the act of domestic or sexual violence or
               attend and prepare for  court-related proceedings arising  from the  act  of domestic or sexual
               violence.

               An employee seeking leave from work must provide notice to Lupin as soon as practicable, except
               in cases of imminent danger to the health or safety of the employee or a family or household
               member. At Lupin’s request, the employee must provide sufficient documentation of the act of
               domestic or sexual violence.  All information regarding the  employee’s leave will be kept
               confidential. An employee will not be terminated, demoted, or in any other manner discriminated
               against by Lupin for exercising his or her right to this leave.
