SEM monthly budget is subject to the resource allocation of XXXX.

MediaOne will monitor the performance of each Ad-group and send monthly SEM report

to XXXX which inclusive of the keywords performance analysis and keywords perfor-
mance recommendation. Reporting day is subject to further discussion. Details of cam-
paign to be discussed in later stage.
