Salted Crab Barbeque Sauce







                  Ingredients


             - 16 oz Brown Sugar

             - 15 oz Dark Karo Syrup
             - 32 oz (1 container)
              Gochujang Chile Paste
             - 4 oz Sesame Oil

             - 16 oz Liquid smoke
             - 1 jar Yuzu Kosho
             - 1 tsp Umani
             - 3.6 oz Grated Peeled

             - 17 oz (1 bottle) Sriracha
              Chile Sauce
             - 23 oz Soy Sauce
             - 15 oz Fish Sauce
             - 8 oz Rice Wine Vinegar
             - 14 oz Maggie Liquid
             - 8 oz Worcheshire Sauce

             - 42 oz Ketchup
             - 16 oz Salted Crab Paste





                   Preparation



    Melt sugar and karo syrup in a pot until
    liquified. Add to a mixing bowl with rest
      of ingredients and whisk well. Adjust
          seasoning with salt if needed.
