The Notes section at the bottom of the Referral Details page can also be expanded by clicking
               Show +. This section outlines any “communication” and will include a Note when files are
               attached.

















               The request will be reviewed by the patient’s PCM, who will send their decision to Tricare. Once
               Tricare has received the decision to approve or deny additional visits, the clinic will be notified
               via fax and the online portal will be updated.

               When the updated referral/authorization fax arrives:
                   1.  Upload the document to the patient’s eDocs and save as previously outlined.
                   2.  Update the Authorization Log and the patient’s WebPT chart to reflect authorization
