who are called to  participate in  active or inactive duty or training.   Time  off also is
               permitted  for  an examination to determine one’s  fitness  for  duty in any of the armed
               forces.

               Such leave will be granted in  accordance with applicable state and  federal laws,
               provided all legal requirements are satisfied and the  employee returns to  work  or
               applies  for reemployment within the  time  prescribed  by law.  Employees requesting
               Military Service Leave should present their supervisors with a copy of their service
               papers as soon as they receive them.

               During your absence, your  length of service accumulates,  and your benefits will
               continue as required by applicable law.  Upon application within the appropriate time
               period after your date of  discharge  from  military service, you  will receive the then-
               current rate of pay and then-current benefits applicable to you based on your level of
               seniority.
               If you are required to attend yearly Reserves or National Guard duty, you can apply for
               an unpaid temporary military leave of absence not to exceed 17 days (including travel).
               You should give your manager as much  advance notice  as possible so  that we can
               have proper coverage while you are away.

               MILITARY SPOUSE LEAVE

               Employees who  are  the spouses or  domestic partners of qualified  military personnel
               and work an average of 20 or more hours per week at the Company are provided with
               up to ten (10) days of unpaid time off per year when their military spouse is on leave
               from deployment.  In order to take leave, employees requesting Military Spouse Leave
               must  provide the Company with notice  of  their intention to take leave within two (2)
               business days of receiving official notice that their military spouse will be on leave from
               deployment.  Employees  must also submit written documentation to  the Company
               certifying that the military member will be on military leave from deployment during the
               requested leave.

               Qualified military personnel are defined as (a) any member of the U.S. Armed Forces
               who has been deployed during a period of military conflict to an area designated as a
               combat theater or combat zone by the President of the United States; or (2) a member
               of the Armed Forces Reserve Components or the National Guard who has been
               deployed during a period of military conflict.
               Employees may use accrued vacation or take unpaid time off for this purpose.


               DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND STALKING VICTIMS’ LEAVE

               Employees who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking may take
               time off work to obtain help from a court, seek medical attention, obtain services from an
