              include not only general physician visits but other specialties including behavioral health and

              YOUR MEDICAL CONTRIBUTIONS
              Just as benefit coverage varies by plan, so do the rates you and TCW pay.

              Your contributions toward coverage for yourself, your spouse and your children will be made
              with pre-tax dollars. Under current law, coverage for a domestic partner must be paid with
              post-tax dollars. This provision also applies to your dental and vision premiums.
