                                          Lucille and her spouse are currently enrolled in

                                          the FULL HMO plan.
                                          (FULL HMO plan benefits are changing this year)

                   Since Lucille and her spouse took the time to compare plans, they discovered they had
                   been overpaying for benefits. Lucille and her spouse have always been covered by QSC
                   and also by her spouse’s plan – resulting in double HMO coverage.

                   Realizing there was no benefit to this, they decided to stay enrolled in each of their own
                   plans. Lucille was able to drop her coverage down to “Employee Only.” With the extra per
                   paycheck savings, she considers enrolling in some of the additional plans offered by QSC.

                      By making this one change, Lucille can now protect her family and potential future out-
                      of-pocket costs.
