Guardian | Group Voluntary Critical Illness
When you or a family member suffers a serious illness like a stroke or heart a ack, Cri cal Illness Insurance can help with expenses
that medical insurance doesn't cover like deduc bles or out of pocket costs, or services like experimental treatment. Cri cal Illness
supplements your medical and your disability income insurance. The lump sum benefit is paid when you need it most, upon
diagnosis, so you can rest assured that you will have funds to offset upcoming out of pocket costs, and that you'll have the
flexibility to elect treatments with less worry about the cost. Review your op ons and enroll today!
Guarantee issue is a pre‐approved amount of coverage that does not require you to provide proof of good health, and is available
to you at the me of your hire and ini al enrollment. Guarantee issue is available in the amount of $20,000 for Team Members
under the age of 70. Team Members over 70, Spouses and Children are all required to fill out a health ques onnaire (Evidence of
Insurability) to obtain the Cri cal Illness insurance.

Principal 401(k)
We have joined with the Principal Financial Group (Principal) to provide a 401(k) re rement plan to eligible Team Members. The
401(k) Plan can help you save for your future and helps save you money by reducing the amount of your taxable income.
Beginning 2019, Team Members will be automa cally eligible to par cipate in the 401(k) Plan beginning on the first day of
employment. Team Members will be automa cally enrolled at a 3% deferral rate. Also beginning in 2019, iFLY will match 50% of
the first 4% of your contribu on.
