Virgin Pulse | iFLY Wellness Program

Take charge of your health.
We encourage all iFLY Team Members to participate in the company wellness program offered through Virgin Pulse. The Virgin
Pulse wellness program gives you the tools to get active, get healthy and get rewarded. You can earn Pulsecash each quarter, up
to $400 per year. In addition, if you are enrolled in iFLY’s medical insurance, you can earn an additional $50 per quarter credit
towards your 2020 medical premiums.

How to Start:
 Register for your Virgin Pulse account at join.virginpulse.com/iFLY
 Download the Virgin Pulse mobile app for iOS and Android. Plus the first time you log in you’ll earn bonus points!
 Track your health activities, like getting fit, eating better, staying hydrated, sleeping enough, and more!
 Check in by taking health measurements like weight and blood pressure.
 Take part in challenges with friends, discover health tips, and more.
 Get rewards for healthy things you do!

How to Earn Rewards Points for Pulsecash redeemable through Virgin Pulse store:
Activity: Upload steps from your activity tracker (Max, Fitbit, Misfit Shine, VP Mobile App and more).
Measurements: Enter your measurements.
Self Tracking: Track Health Habits and various activities for points.
Cards: Complete daily tip cards for points.
Nutrition: Earn points for making good nutritional choices.
Sleep: Earn points for getting enough sleep.
Challenges: Join an iFLY challenge for the opportunity to earn points.
