• Cigna’s network includes the most recognizable labs in the nation
• If your doctor sends labs to LABCORP or QUEST DIAGNOSTICS – you are good to go!
Some doctors even have lab and imaging services on site – take advantage if you can and
save some extra money and time.
Search for participating facility online - here’s how:
Go to www.cigna.com and click on “Find a Doctor, Dentist or Facility”
• Choose “Employer or School”
• Enter your zip code and Click Locations
• “Continue as a Guest”
• Choose Pharmacy from the drop down menu and “Continue”
• Click on “Southern California” for the Full Network HMO and Choose “Southern California Select” for
the Select HMO
