Follow these steps to find a nearby urgent care

Go to www.cigna.com and click on “Find a Doctor, Dentist or Facility”

• Choose “Employer or School”

• Enter your zip code and Click Locations
• “Continue as a Guest”

• Choose Urgent Care from the drop down menu and “Continue”

• Click on “Southern California” for the Full Network HMO and Choose “Southern California Select” for
the Select HMO

Remember try and visit urgent care, use virtual visits, or home visits instead of the
Emergency Room if you need care quickly, but not if it’s life or limb threatening.

You have more convenient options to quickly access care at a low cost!
