The plan design is the same with both options. The difference is the network of providers you have access to.
The Select network includes, Mercy Physicians Medical Group, Rady Children's, Scripps Green, Scripps Memo-
rial Hospital, Scripps Clinic Medical Group, Scripps Coastal Medical Center, Scripps Physicians Medical Group.
The Full network includes the same as Select, but with additional providers including Sharp, Tri-City, UCSD.
