                    satisfied employees. Watson Wyatt presented the information in the table below in 2009-2010 in
                    its white paper, “Capitalizing on Effective Communication: How Courage, Innovation and Discipline
                    Drive Business Results in Challenging Times.”

                    Open Enrollment Process
                    Assisting with employee benefits is as easy as 1-2-3. Burnham devotes considerable resources to
                    this important endeavor. Your Burnham team will work with you to ensure that timelines are met,
                    and renewal decisions are made early, so open enrollment activities commence in an organized and
                    timely fashion. Burnham’s communications team and account management team will work with
                    Francis Parker School’s team to employ the following steps.


                    1. Employee Benefits Enrollment and Support Services
                              Review  and  analyze  current  employee  benefits  enrollment  opportunities  and  make
                              recommendations as warranted
                              Develop custom employee benefit collaterals for open enrollment and new hires plus
                              other value-add benefit communication materials


                    2. Support the entire annual employee benefits enrollment process including:
                              Providing access to an online employee benefits enrollment tool
                              Providing onsite and web-based employee benefits enrollment meeting support
                              Burnham can also accommodate one-on-one enrollers, call centers, outbound call and
                              text campaigns, appointments, and avatars
