Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Many things can come up in your life that you may need some assistance to work through. Palomar Health provides an Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) to all employees, which is offered through Anthem Blue Cross. This benefit provides six visits per family member per year per
incident with a professional counselor at no cost. The EAP can assist with referrals for concerns with elder care, day care, financial counseling,
etc. Employees can now find an EAP provider easier and faster by using Anthem’s online Provider Locator. In addition, you can review your
previous activities, such as provider searches or inquiries made to the EAP.

To access EAP resources, call the EAP toll-free number at 800-999-7222 and speak to a representative, or explore the Anthem EAP Member
Center anytime (day or night) at www.anthemeap.com.
