         PAID TIME-OFF


         VACATION
         All employees are eligible for vaca on benefits with pay during each calendar year. Vaca on is computed on an anniversary date
         basis, accrues per paycheck and will begin accruing from the first month of employment. As an employee, you are en tled to take
         vaca on as it accrues each month. The vaca on day / accrual rate is as follows:

         You  will  receive  your  regular  rate  of  pay  while  on  paid  vaca on.  This  does  not  include  over me  or  any  special  forms  of
         compensa on such as commission or bonuses. Vaca on  me may not be taken prior to being earned. Vaca ons can be taken in no
         less than four (4) hour increments, unless otherwise agreed upon by your immediate supervisor. You may take a maximum of two
         consecu ve weeks (10 days) of vaca on per year based on your anniversary date.


         PERSONAL DAYS                                              PAID HOLIDAYS

                                                                    FLOATING HOLIDAYS
         SICK LEAVE                                                 In addition to the holidays listed, you will be permitted to
