physical harm. Any whistleblower who believes he/she is being retaliated against must contact the Human Resources
Management or call (866) 896‐8808 immediately. The right of a whistleblower for protec on against retalia on does not
include immunity for any personal wrongdoing that is alleged and inves gated.
Confiden ality: Every effort will be made to treat the whistleblower’s iden ty with appropriate regard for confiden ally,
however, iden ty may have to be disclosed to conduct a thorough inves ga on, to comply with the law, and to provide
