family’s financial security. This service, offered by MetLife through Hya Legal Plans, covers a orney fees for preparing or upda ng
a will, living will, or power of a orney. Services include will prepara on, in‐person or telephone consulta ons with a par cipa ng
plan a orney, unlimited access to update your will as long as you con nue to be a member of our Life insurance plan through
MetLife.
METLIFE | ESTATE RESOLUTION SERVICES
Estate Resolu on Services offered by MetLife through Hya Legal Plans provides face‐to‐face or over the phone probate services to
the representa ve (executor or administrator) of the deceased employee’s estate and the estate of the employee’s spouse/
domes c partner. Probate services include prepara on of documents and representa on at court proceedings needed to transfer
the probate assets from the estate to the heirs, and comple on of correspondence necessary to transfer non‐probate assets. This
plan covers par cipa ng plan a orneys’ fees for consulta ons or for the administrator or executor to discuss general ques ons
about the probate process.
