Resource Advisor (Employee Assistance Program)
BICS knows it’s important for you and your family to have peace of mind; part of that comes with helping you through the stress of
everyday problems such as work or family issues. Resource Advisor is a program that helps you get emotional, legal and financial
support. You have unlimited access to a counselor 24/7 via phone at (888) 209-7840. Counselors can provide advice, put you in
touch with a financial advisor or connect you with a lawyer if you need legal help. No issue is too big or small and assistance is
provided at no cost to you. This program is also completely confidential.

Travel Assistance
The Travel Assistance plan is provided to you at no cost. This program, arranged through Anthem and provided by Europ Assistance
USA, offers emergency assistance when you and/or your family are traveling 100+ miles away from home or work. Travel
Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with trained professionals to provide valuable support in a medical
emergency, such as locating doctors, dentists and facilities, setting up emergency transfers, sending travel companions, pets, and
vehicles home, coordinating bedside visits, and more. In addition, emergency travel support services are available and provide
services such as emergency payment and cash advances, emergency messages, and legal help.

ConditionCare
Our Medical plans with Anthem Blue Cross include ConditionCare to help you better understand and manage specific chronic
health conditions and improve your overall quality of life. ConditionCare provides you with current and accurate data and educa-
tion about Asthma, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary
Disease (COPD) to help you better manage and monitor your condition. ConditionCare also provides a depression screening. This
program is offered at no charge to you.

Condition Care also provides:
• 24-hour, toll-free access to a nurse who’ll answer your questions.
• A health assessment by phone.
• Support from nurse care managers, pharmacists, dietitians, doctors and other healthcare professionals to help you reach your
health goals.

Estimate Your Cost
Did you know that different facilities may charge different amounts for the same service? With the “Estimate Your Cost” tool, you
can estimate your share of certain healthcare costs before you receive your care. Compare facilities based on their quality measures
for specific procedures — the length of stay, patient experience, complications and more.
