Pet Insurance
BICS offers you the option to purchase pet insurance at discounted group rates through Nationwide. With the Nationwide discount
plan, you will receive a 5% discount on your base pet medical coverage premium. Any coverage you elect will be billed directly to
your home with the discount applied. Pet insurance can help you pay the medical treatment costs for your pet’s accidents, illnesses
and routine medical care, including surgeries, prescriptions, hospitalization, diagnostic tests and office visits.
You can visit any licensed veterinarian, veterinary specialist or animal hospital in the United States. To receive reimbursements
through Nationwide, fax or mail the claim form with your invoices. After meeting your policy’s deductible, you will be reimbursed
according to your plan’s benefit schedule allowance or the invoice amount, whichever is less.
