Once you have mentally taken the worries out of your mind, be certain to tell yourself
                   that they are gone and will not be coming back.  Say this aloud several times.  Do not
                   stop this affirmation until you truly believe it.

                   Then  say  to  your  self  “I  believe  I  am  free  from  worry  today  and  will  start  my  day
                   worry- free tomorrow.”


                   Repeat this statement several times, as well.  Once again, the only prerequisite to make
                   a change in your life is for you to BELIEVE you can.  I BELIEVE YOU CAN!

                   Now that YOU believe you can have a worry free life and have started to visualise this
                   happening, you are well on your way to totally eradicating this nasty habit.  The only
                   thing left for you to do is practise what I preach.

                    The  worksheets  provided  will  have  you  rehearsing  being  worry-free  until  you  just
                   cannot  rehearse  any  more.    You  know  what  they  say.  “PRACTISE  MAKES
                   PERFECT”. So let’s start now! Ready?
