                                                    No More Worries



                   Here are some examples of how you can change a worrisome thought in to something
                   more constructive.

                          WORRY:                                       POSITIVE THOUGHT:

                   *   I may lose my job.                   I am a good worker and my boss will recognise this.
                   *   I think I’m getting sick.           I am a strong and healthy person


                   Can you come up with a positive thought to counteract a fretful one?

                          WORRY:                                 POSITIVE THOUGHT:

                   3. My boyfriend may not   love me   __________________________________________
                   4. What if this doesn’t work?  _______________________________________________

                   Many people experience physical symptoms as a result of excess worrying.
                   Put an  ‘X’ beside any symptoms that apply to you.  Add anything else you
