Page 132 - Creeative Thinking
P. 132
Learning to breathe efficiently is extremely important if you look forward to
successfully removing negativity from your body and thus, your life. Since breathing is
a relatively involuntary action, it is one of those things we rarely think about and
almost never talk about. Breathing, although it is an automatic function of the body, is
actually a lot more important in the healing process than one might assume. As well,
breathing properly (or efficiently) is essential in the process of releasing negative energy
from the body.
I believe that the majority of dis-eases are the result of our inability to release negative
energy from our bodies. Negativity that becomes trapped within us causes our energy
fields to become disharmonious.
Disharmonious energy fields can be caused by physical or emotional discord. Thus,
disease can be eradicated by proper breathing techniques, because more oxygen in our
bodies is highly beneficial in healing. More oxygen can boost our immune systems by
raising our vibratory rate. That is, the rate at which our energy field vibrates.
A healthy immune system results in a healthy body and it's a well-known fact that
illness and disease cannot exist in a healthy body. Much research has been done on
Oxygen therapy on patients with HIV, Cancer, Liver disease and kidney failure and
many more. It has shown that with more oxygen in their blood patients recuperate
faster and relapse less often. So by practising proper breathing techniques at home,
you can raise the amount of oxygen in your body, thereby making your entire body
healthier and more resistant to disease.
With all this being said, some of you may still be wondering exactly what I mean by
the term breathing properly (or efficiently). In fact, because we don’t often think about
the breathing process, many of us are not aware that there is more than one way to
breathe. This is exactly the case, though and for the purpose of our exercises it is
imperative that we are breathing in the most efficient manner. With some practise and
the help of our worksheets we will begin to train ourselves to breathe in the most
effective way possible.
After some thought on this subject I am sure you are now aware that there are, in fact,
several different types of breathing. The two types I want to focus on are deep
breathing and, of course, shallow breathing.
The latter is not of much relevance to us as it usually serves to build energy rather than
release it, as we want to do. The former type of breathing, however, is especially
important in the process of releasing negative energy from the body.
