                                    Mastering the art of controlling your breathing

                   With just a few simple steps you can learn to breathe more effectively thereby expelling
                   negativity from your body and your life.


                   This exercise is aimed at helping you recognise how your body reacts to different types
                   of breathing.


                   First:  Sit quietly and breathe as you regularly do.  Focus on each part of your body
                   separately.  Notice how each part of your body feels and reacts.  Start at the top of
                   your head and finish with the tip of your toes.


                   Next:   Change your breathing to shorter, shallow breaths.   Note how each part of
                   your body reacts and feels now.
