Well, my friend, congratulations certainly are in order, now!  You have successfully
                   completed the necessary steps in the journey toward a more gratifying life.  Now you
                   can look forward to a happier, healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.



                   By  completing  the  worksheets  and  exercises  outlined  in  each  chapter,  you  have
                   acquired  many  valuable  tools  that  will  help  you  achieve  a  less  stressful  and  more
                   rewarding life.  Hopefully, this guide has helped improve your day-to day- life in the
                   process.  Before we put an end to this incredible journey, there is one more thing you
                   need to know.  That is THE  TRUTH.



                   Before we get to that, though, let’s go over what we have accomplished thus far.  Shall
                   we?      In  the  first  chapter  we  discovered  that  thought  patterns  are  the  underlying
                   foundation in every thing we do or see.  Therefore, thinking positive is much more
                   important than one might ever have imagined.



                   As  a  direct  result  of  this  realisation,  we  learned  to  change  destructive  negative
                   emotions in to more constructive positive ones.  We have explored the importance and
                   power of forgiveness and hopefully you have started to forgive those people in your life
                   who need to be forgiven.  If this hasn’t happened yet, do not despair.  It will come in
                   due time.


                   We have learned, as well, how to be a little friendlier in our every day dealings with
                   others.    This  allowed  us  to  see  how  simple  acts  of  congeniality  and  courtesy  get
                   returned to us, sometimes many-fold.



                   By using the  “When… then…“ approach, you quite probably have some new goals to
                   aspire to as well as an Action Plan to follow to ensure that you achieve those goals.


                   In  chapter  nine  we  discovered  the  important  role  that  proper  breathing  plays  in
                   releasing negativity from your body and your life.  By now, you have mastered the
                   skills involved in this process.


                   Last, but definitely, not least, you have finally begun to realise that YOU are the most
                   important person in the Universe.  And you have also come to the realisation that you
                   DESERVE  to  be  happy.    Now  that  you  have  started  taking  some    “ME!  Time”  as
