For the most part, the one and only way to release such negative emotions as guilt
regret or blame, is to forgive. Forgiveness is the best way I know of to change the
negativity created from a bad experience in to positive energy.

There are a few other negative emotions that may not seem useful, but can actually be
constructive. Feelings of envy or lust, for example can lead a disciplined person to
work harder and therefore succeed when he or she may otherwise have given up.
Anger, on the other hand is a feeling, which is essential to the grieving process. As
there are a few other emotions that seem negative, but are actually beneficial if
released after time, I have concentrated on the most destructive and constructive of
                   them all.

Sometimes we don’t really know how we feel. For an assortment of reasons many
of us have learned to hide our feelings even from ourselves. As a result of doing
this for many years we may sometimes find ourselves feeling numb toward certain
things. The reality is, however, we are always feeling something.

Feelings are your body’s way of reacting to outside events as well as things that go
on inside of our minds. The fact is that feelings actually occur inside the body.
Many times we do certain things in our mind to block the feelings our body is
trying to tell us. So let’s try to recognize some important feelings and how they
                   make our body react physiologically.
