When facing an unpleasant experience, acknowledge the emotion it evokes.  One of
                   the easiest ways to change a destructive emotion in to a constructive one is to look on
                   the bright side of the situation.

                   Fill in the Table with emotions you may be feeling, then check the positive or negative
                   box:

                   Any situation in which intense  emotions are invoked is worth taking a closer look at
                   as it may warrant some degree of forgiveness. Make a note of these situations.
