Now you have a list for easy reference for those times when you aren’t sure just how
                   you may be feeling.  During the next few weeks, as you go about your daily routine,
                   pay attention to your feelings.  Learn how your body reacts when you feel a certain
                   way and listen to what your body is trying to tell you.  Once you become familiar with
                   each feeling you will be better able to work with, rather than against your emotions.

                   After  all,  we  all  have  powerful  emotions  and  feelings  for  a  reason  and  if  we  pay
                   attention to them, our feelings will begin to guide us along this bumpy road we call
                   life.

                   I believe that our thoughts and experiences contain the answers many of us seek to
                   some of life’s most perplexing questions. If you let your feelings speak to you, they will
                   tell you the answers to all of those amazing questions.

                   The  Next  Worksheet  has  been  designed  to  help  you  take  a  closer  look  at  your
                   emotions.  We will try to discover if the emotions that result from a specific situation
                   are constructive or destructive.  If the emotion is not a constructive one, we will work
                   on changing it in to something more positive.
